常见问题

Please log in to the 住宿门户网站通过RISIS to make your application. Please follow the “New Undergraduate Pathway” and select "清算" to submit your application.

You may also wish to contact and register with the Disability Advisory Service on disability@reading.ac.uk to discuss your needs.

If you have a medical requirement that means you need a room type not listed, please contact the 住宿 Office on +44 (0) 118 200 5011 or by emailing accommodationonline@reading.ac.uk, and we will try to assist you.

To accept your offer of accommodation, you will need to pay a deposit of £250. This is paid using the RISIS网站入口 when reviewing your offer.

If there is a longer delay, please let 学生 Credit Control know on studentcreditcontrol@reading.ac.uk, and they will be able to advise you.
