Background

I hold a BA in Archaeology and an MSc in Archaeological Sciences from the University of Bradford. My MSc dissertation investigated Iron Age crucible fragments from the Knowe of Swandro, Rousay, Orkney to establish the composition of copper-alloys being utilised. I have participated in multiple seasons of archaeological excavation on the Knowe of Swandro run by the University of Bradford and have a passion for the archaeology of the Northern Isles. I have experience working as both a Heritage Consultant and as a Historic Environment Record Officer.
