Flats

The University maintains a number of well-situated flats close to campus. Postgraduate students often select this option, but they are also suitable for undergraduates who would like to use their room over the summer vacation.

Studios

Self-contained studios, which include their own private bathroom and kitchen, are available at Northcourt Houses, Benyon Hall, St George’s Hall and Wessex Hall. They have everything you need to live and study comfortably. If your priority is privacy, our studios are an excellent choice.

Please note: studio rooms are for single occupancy, with the exception of double studios which can accommodate up to two adults.

Study sets

We have four study sets available in St Patrick's Hall. These are single occupancy bedrooms, each with their own private lounge. Two of the four share a bathroom. You'll share a kitchen with three others – ideal for socialising while keeping a dedicated study space for yourself.

Study suites

A study suite is a bedroom with a double bed and a private study room, suitable for up to two adults. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared with other students in a large detached house. There are a limited number of study suites offered at Northcourt Houses,
