概述模块描述：
设计和使用性能之间的巨大差距影响了广泛的新建和改造项目以及个别能源技术。 在此背景下，能源监测与管理具有很大的节能潜力。 基于信息通信技术和传感器技术，能源监测和管理将建筑能源系统的优化与用户和FM的参与结合在一起。 本模块将以系统的方式解决这些技术和用户问题。

目的:
本模块侧重于在建筑生命周期的运行阶段（相对于设计、施工和移交阶段）以人为本的能源效率，使用基于信息通信技术的方法来监测和管理建筑物的能源消耗。 该模块将讨论信息和建筑能源技术及其应用，以告知、参与和授权用户以适度的成本实现大量节能。
