本模块探讨知识产权法领域。
目的:
本单元旨在向学生介绍知识产权制度，特别强调版权、专利、假冒、商标和违反保密的法律； 识别和探索知识产权保护的理由； 让学生能够评估他们的日常实践。 学生应该对法律规则和物理现实之间的界面有一个更广泛的概念。

By the end of the module, the student should be able to:
• Identify the main rationales for intellectual property law
• Demonstrate a good grasp of the dynamics of intellectual property law
• Analyze and evaluate the law
• Critically appraise sources
• Organize the material used into coherent arguments

支助中心将对逾期提交的工作实行下列处罚：

- 如果作品在原始截止日期（或任何正式同意的截止日期延长）后超过五个工作日提交：将记录零分。
