Summary module description

The module is offered as one of the elective choices at Stage 1 or Stage 2 of the MA Leadership, a part-time programme for experienced leaders or managers with significant leadership responsibility. 该模块旨在培养项目成员的指导和指导技能。 在几个月的时间里，课程包括面对面的研讨会、小组和指导监督小组、个人反思和自学，以及其他涵盖领导力概念和框架的模块。

吗? Develop the capability to plan and manage an organisational coaching or mentoring scheme, and understand the requirements for the development and sustainability of a coaching or mentoring culture

Understanding of self and the impact on coaching

Teaching methods include working in a whole group of up to 50 with one or two tutors, and in smaller groups and coaching supervision groups of up to 8 programme members. 其他学习活动以结对和个人反思的形式进行。

The Support Centres will apply the following penalties for work submitted late:
